Capital flows after work is complete, not before. Traditional grants reward the best pitch — who tells the most compelling story wins. Retroactive funding rewards the best outcomes: the work already happened, results are verified on-chain, and only then does capital move. Funders take on zero speculative risk. Builders are rewarded for delivery.

Through multi-party attestation. Community members who witnessed the outcomes, domain experts who assess methodology, and partner organizations who corroborate scope all sign cryptographic attestations stored on-chain. No single party controls the verdict — the convergence of independent attestors creates tamper-resistant proof any funder can audit independently.

Anyone who has completed real-world public good work: individuals, grassroots organizations, non-profits, cooperatives, and informal collectives. There's no minimum size, no prior relationship with funders required, and no grant committee to convince. If the work happened and can be verified, it belongs on the registry.

It translates attestations into a normalized, comparable score across four dimensions: reach (how many beneficiaries), depth (quality of change), sustainability (likelihood of lasting impact), and credibility (trust-weight of attestors). This makes it possible to compare a clean water initiative in Sumatra with a reforestation project in Brazil without relying on narratives.

No. SUPERIMPACT is open infrastructure — the protocol layer. DAOs, foundations, and ecosystem programs use it to discover and allocate to verified Impact Records. We don't control capital allocation, pick winners, or operate a fund. Think of it as the public registry that makes retroactive funding possible at scale.

Yes. Submitting Impact Records and allocating funding both require a Solana wallet. At launch we'll support the major wallets in the ecosystem. Attestors will be able to sign via delegated keys, reducing friction for community members who don't hold crypto.

Yes — and that's the point. Impact Records and attestations are on-chain and publicly queryable. We'll publish open APIs and indexer endpoints. The registry is composable by design: analytics tools, governance systems, reputation layers, and new funding programs can all build on top of the same verified data.
